Xiadi Zhai is from Boston, Massachusetts. A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, she has recent work in or forthcoming from Bennington Review, DIALOGIST, F(r)iction, Notch, and Quarterly West, among others. She has received generous support through the Sewanee Writers' Conference, University of Iowa, and Prospect Street Writers' House, and was a finalist for the Edwin Markham Poetry Prize.
